Refunds are applicable only as per the cancellation and refund policy outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
Partial or full refunds may be granted based on the time of cancellation and the nature of the booking.
Non-refundable bookings or services will not be eligible for any refunds.
2. Refund Process
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or our official communication channels.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during the booking.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
No-shows or failure to arrive at the designated time and place for a booked service.
Failure to provide required travel documents, leading to denied boarding or entry.
In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may be canceled. In such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible option.
4.Cancellation Policy
If cancellations are made 30 days or more before the start date of the trip, 25% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If your cancellations are made, you will receive a refund within 7 working days in the original source of payment mode.
4. Amendments and Rescheduling
Travelers may request amendments or rescheduling subject to availability and applicable fees.
Some bookings may not allow rescheduling or changes, depending on the terms set by service providers.
